Happy Birthday!!

A birthday piece that I did for a friend of mine. The idea just grew from a conversation we had about our favorite things to eat. The whole thing was done pretty quickly but I kind of like how it turned out under the amount of time I gave myself. It's Copic markers on 11 x 14 bristol board.

Darna Sketch

Darna - Copic markers and Pitt pens on 11 x 14 Bristol Darna is one of two iconic Filipino superheroes (heroine) that I know of. I don't know if they have any more than that. They should. For sale if anyone's interested

31 days 31 villains of Halloween 2012

Finally finished. For everyday this October I've been drawing a Halloween character to make this drawing jam. It was a lot of fun and I'm looking to do something like this again next year. Can you name all of them?

31 days 31 villains of Halloween WIP

I'm doing a drawing jam where for everyday this month I'm drawing a Halloween character. Having a lot of fun and since I'm halfway there I just thought I'd post the progress so far.

Steelheart

Just getting some practice in. My fellow 80s babies know who this is.

Steampunk!

Steampunk revisited: A submission for a doodlejamz theme. I never got to finish it so I figure that now would be as good a time as any.

Gambit Sketch 2

My first sold commission!!! Haha. Huge shout out to Shannon for paying me to do what I love. It gives me confidence to think that these doodles are actually worth monetary value. If you or someone you know would like a drawing then let me know and maybe we can work something out. Also, My client found me by Google searching "Gambit sketch" and it brought her to this site. I hope that it happens again. This one is on 11 x 17 inch 3 ply bristol board (comic paper). Done with Pitt pens and If you like any of my other deviations and would like to purchase the original then let me know. Thanks!

Copic Batman

Here is my first crack at working with the copic markers. The markers are awesome and I have plenty more to learn. Pretty excited to learn something new!

Iceman's Hella Cool!

I always thought that Iceman was one of the coolest yet underated X-men. I saw Jim Lee's X-Men #1 cover, basically just aped the pose and had fun with it.

Trick or Treat 2011

Since I don't dress up for Halloween anymore, just thought I'd draw to share the Halloween spirit. Hope you had a safe one.

Kate Upton

Here's my attempt at drawing Kate Upton for the website "gentlemensdrawingclub". I tried to do it fairly quick but it still took me awhile. I gotta say, I think this was a bit of a swing and a miss. Oh well, better luck next time I guess.

ALOHA!!

Still have a little bit of Hawaii in my system so I just thought I'd draw it out. It started as just a sketch of the female then I just started piling my other characters in there. Wish I did a layout first so I could put a better background rather than squeezing in that busted ass one there. Ah well, next time.

You and You?!?! Blocking1

Here is the very first pass of my latest animation. I haven't done much because I wanted to see what others thought about the composition so I uploaded it to YouAnimator (Sweatbox) to see what others might have thought of it. What do you think?

Drunk Walk Cycle

Just finished up my walk cycle. I just think it's funny that I got this video rendered on Saint Patrick's Day.

Jump Test

Finished my jump test animation. Now on to the next one.

Black Cat

This one was just a featureless pose that I found in my sketch book. I thought the proportions weren't so bad so I decided to pick it back up. Looked at J.Scott Campbell drawings for inspiration and saw his design of Black Cat so there it is.

Gambit for the Win!!!

A not so quick Gambit sketch. My lazy butt hasn't drawn anything in a while so I just thought I'd get some practice in. The playlist was Petestrumentals and Virus.

Underwater Mall

If I was thinking about an underwater mall, this is probably what it would look like. Done in flash.

The Stroller Test

Here's a little rough animation of this poor kid that has to take this baby for a stroll. The problem is that this baby's a little too big for that stroller.
